Hello everyone! Long time no talk. About three months to be exact. Well, so much has changed! I now live in Florida near my family. I am a homeowner and I work at the family business. Cotton is doing great! She is triple the size she was in my last blog post and coming up on 7 months old.
Right now we are updating the house. I won’t be living in my new house for another week or so. I can’t wait to show you all before and after pictures. It has been a blast looking at paint colors and floors so far. Chip and Joanna Gaines have me all kinds of inspired with their show and I recently read their new book. I highly recommend it. I’ve been in Florida for 3 months now. I’m really enjoying being back where I grew up. It’s very different from Nashville but also very familiar at the same time.
Can you believe it’s 2017? I can’t!!
With my Golden Retriever, Cotton I have entered new territory. With a new puppy (especially a Golden) comes lots of new smells and dog hair. I had to come up with a new way to keep my home (my parent’s home for the time being haha) smelling fresh and clean. A new brand called Fresh Waves just launched exclusively at Target a few months ago and they are now at The Container Store. I got a variety of their products to try and combat the new dog smells. After using them I was so impressed by the difference they made that they will be on heavy rotation in my cleaning supplies.
- Fresh Waves Odor Removing Packs– These are even fun to throw into a stinky gym bag (not just for Cotton).
- Fresh Waves Odor Removing Gel– I leave these around and all the bad smells just fade away.
- Fresh Waves Odor Removing Spray– This is great for spraying around the house.
- Fresh Waves Pet Shampoo– This has worked wonderfully for bathing Cotton.
Above I’ve pictured the products. They are great and really work. Check them out next time you are in Target. Hope everyone has a great week! I hope to crank out some New Year’s Resolutions and a glimpse of the remodel I did on my new house soon! Can’t wait. Stay tuned.
